Laëtitia Schmierer is an attorney based in Mexico with expertise in business and Labor Law.
She holds a Master’s in Labor Law from Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a Master II in International Business Law from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, Mexico (cum laude) and and a University Diploma (DU) in Domestic and International Arbitration from University Paris-Est Créteil.
Starting her career in France, she moved to Mexico in 2010, managing French and European clients for a prominent firm in Mexico City. In 2018, Laëtitia founded her own firm, guiding foreign companies in Mexico from inception to market launch.
With dual qualifications in French and Mexican law and a diploma in domestic and international arbitration, she specializes in advising on legal strategies for successful business operations in Mexico and other countries of Latin America.
